Join the fun and the calorie-burning workout of a Spin Class. This cardiovascular workout is on a stationary bike, on which the tension can be increased and decreased based on the rider's preference. The amount of resistance you apply, as you gain strength and endurance, is up to you. With the music playing and the instructor leading the way, it is amazing how you can feed off the energy of the other riders.
Our Spinning Studio features Spinner® NXT bikes. Spinner bikes feature adjustable seats and micro-adjusting handlebars and seat posts for a truly comfortable ride. It's not just the music that will invigorate you - our video projection system adds outdoor cycling scenery to your ride.
The Spin Classes we currently offer are described below. All group exercise classes are included in your membership.
Begin to Spin
Beginners will learn proper bike setup and terminology, and enjoy an awesome cardio workout. (45 mins)
A 45-minute class geared to all levels - including YOUR KIDS!!
Instructor will teach safety, set-up, proper spin etiquette and engage
the entire family for a great workout. (Children must be able to
comfortably reach the pedals.)
A cardio workout performed on a stationary bike based on sound cycling principles. Classes are technique-based and/or real terrain-based and focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, sport-specific drills, climbs and sprints that can make an unpredictable, fun and challenging ride.
Drop into the designated studio (without instruction) to spin on your own ride. Wherever your ride takes you, enjoy having some “me” time.

RPM™ (a Les Mills™ class)
The indoor cycling workout to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover the athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. (45 mins)
RPM™60 (a Les Mills™ class)
RPM with two additional music tracks to take this popular class to a full 60 minutes.
