Aqua Classes provide a complete body workout with low impact on your joints. Resistance exercises improve strength and mobility, while the cardio aspect increases aerobic endurance. Water fitness accommodates all ages and fitness levels. Depending on the class type and time of year, classes are held indoors, outdoors, in warm water and cooler water.

Experience the vigor of the water, using it as its own resistance. A challenging wet workout!
A class focused on flexibility in the water inspired by Tai Chi and yoga movements, flowing water exercises and stretching to improve flexibility and range of motion.
Alternating actions of cardio and strength will
utilize all muscle groups and will challenge you at each interval
section. A combination of swimming, vertical movements, aqua jogging,
and strength exercises will keep you coming back for more!
Traditional Pilates in combination with the natural resistance of water and use of props will build core strength and aid in proper body alignment.
Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering. Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines in a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning and body-toning.
Deep Water Aqua
Prepare yourself for the ultimate "no-impact" workout using flotation devices for suspension in deep water. Create a challenging aerobic workout using powerful moves and a full range of motion to improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. Must be comfortable in deep water and want a new challenge
