Adult Stroke and Conditioning

Swimming is a sport that does not come naturally to everyone. It's not simply strokes and kicks. It's also comfort in the water, confidence, and being in control; the ability to be yourself in the water, whether it's shallow or deep, pool, lake or ocean. Swimming is an excellent choice of exercise any time of the year and it's a low-impact sport that protects joints from damage. Swimming is an excellent cardiovascular workout that strengthens the lungs and promotes weight loss through the formation of lean muscle groups.

Join our Adult Stroke and Conditioning class and take advantage of these great benefits.

Masters Swimming

Ages 18 and up
Offered Year Round

Masters Swimming offers five, one-hour coached workouts per week. Focus is on improving form, efficiency, speed and endurance. Workouts include drills, sets, and technique assistance.

Days:  Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Time:  5:30am - 6:30am
Days:  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Time:  12:00pm - 1:00pm
