Our bodies are made to move. Moving around increases blood flow to our muscles, strengthens the heart and lungs, and teaches the heart to work more efficiently. VillaSport offers a wide variety of cardio and muscle strengthening classes, including the popular Les Mills formats. Take a class and leave more energized, confident and proud.
Even the floors in our group studios are special. VillaSport’s Cardio/Strength Studio features a specially designed athletic flooring system specifically suited to athletic activity. This floor is designed with a floating surface, which acts as a shock absorber, minimizing the risk of injuries, and is suitable for both high and low-impact activities
Additionally, our floors contribute to a good indoor climate. They are allergy-friendly and do not give off any unhealthy vapors or substances from glue or lacquer.

BODYCOMBAT™ (a Les Mills™ class)
A non-contact, martial arts-based fitness class with moves from
karate, Taekwondo, kung fu, kickboxing, Muay Thai and tai chi. A
fiercely energetic cardiovascular workout.
BODYJAM™ (a Les Mills™ class)
Cardio fun set to the latest music and greatest dance moves. Burn calories whike increasing your fitness level and learn to dance better.
BODYPUMP™ (a Les Mills™ class)
BODYPUMP™ 30 (30 mins)
The ultimate resistance training class that combines movement with a specially designed barbell system.
Cardio Kickboxing 45 (45 mins)
This is a high-impact cardiovascular workout that blends
elements of boxing, martial arts and traditional aerobics into an
exercise routine. This total-body workout can improve strength,
aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
Cardio Step and Sculpt
Perform movements on and off a step platform, with or without risers. This class consists of choreography patterns with intensity levels determined by speed and travel. (45 mins.)
CXWORX™ (a Les Mills™ class)
Looking for a short, sharp core workout that'll inspire you to the
next level of fitness, while strengthening and toning your body? CXWORX
is for you! (30 mins)
Low Impact Workout
Combines cardio, strength, balance and coordination. Designed for the beginner athlete in YOU! Ease through fun yet challenging moves to increase your fitness level. Become stronger and more balanced, yet move at a pace YOU help to set. (45 mins.)
Runners of all levels are welcome to join fellow VillaSport members for a
group run. Each week, the course will be pre-planned and staff-led.

Zumba® 45 (45 mins)
Move and shake your hips while burning calories and having a blast! Zumba is different, fun, and composed of energetic rhythms that help your body move to the beat! Dances include Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Rumba/Flamenco, Reggaeton, Tropical, Belly Dance, Samba, Mambo, Cha Cha Cha, Bachata, Hip Hop and more. More a party than a workout! Don’t miss it! Led by energetic and highly-qualified fitness instructors, so bring a friend and let’s DANCE!

Designed exclusively for kids (ages 4-12), Zumbatomic classes
are high-energy and packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly
routines and all the music kids love. (30 mins.)
This class combines targeted bodysculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance-fitness party.
