VillaSport's LOSE TO WIN Competition is a 12-week program, offered
twice a year, and one of the most motivating and effective ways to
achieve weight loss and accomplish new and exciting fitness goals.
Competing as individuals and teams, participants weigh in weekly.
Through fitness competitions inspiring new ways to be active , a weekly
boot camp class, educational workshops, nutritional guidance, and the
endless support of our staff and other participants, you will achieve
success. Cash prizes and gift cards are awarded to LOSE TO WIN
individuals and teams. We conclude by celebrating everyone's success
at the LOSE TO WIN Closing Celebration!

LOSE TO WIN WORKSHOP - WEIGHT TRAINING FOR WEIGHT LOSS
Have you ever wondered how much exercise is enough? What is the
minimum you need to lose weight or maintain weight? What three exercises
work your entire body? If you've asked yourself any of these questions
or have some of your own, attend our workshop to learn how specific
weight-training programs and simple dietary changes can accelerate your
fat loss and help you reach your goals! Sample weight-training programs

LOSE TO WIN WORKSHOP - FINISH STRONG!
This workshop will focus on various cardio training options and the
benefits of each. Interval training and endurance-building
recommendations will be provided. The integration and benefits of heart
rate zone training will be emphasized to help you finish the competition
