Sport/Therapeutic An overall therapeutic deep tissue massage that targets problem areas, incorporating arnica, an anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving agent.

Body Rehab and Massage for the Athlete This deep tissue massage and body scrub restores balance within the body, offers injury prevention, and stretches and lengthens muscles, tendons, and ligaments. A eucalyptus and rosemary-infused body scrub and muscle soak exfoliate, smooth, loosen knots, and increase circulation. Arnica targets problem areas with its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. The 90-minute service includes a muscle repair wrap to further ease muscle pain and joint stiffness, and a relaxing scalp massage while wrapped in cool linens.

Prenatal As tight muscles are massaged and tensions melt away, you’ll be giving yourself some well-deserved time to recharge and revitalize on all levels. Special body positioning and cushioning are used to relieve lower back pressure, while gently hammocking the baby.

We offer natural mineral oils that cater to all skin types to exfoliate and detoxify your skin. After your treatment, experience an exhilarating 7-head Vichy Shower. The water is heated and offers a gentle, steady rainfall effect to increase the body's circulation and lymphatic flows, cleansing the body of toxins. Our Vichy Shower is included with the Lemongrass Mimosa and Espresso Mud Scrubs.

Seaweed Firming and Toning Treatment A detoxifying seaweed treatment and full body massage to detoxify and firm the body.
Lemongrass Mimosa Scrub This exfoliating cleansing scrub and hydrating massage hydrates and brightens dull, dry skin.
