Because we recognize that frequency of services is important to your success, package expiration dates apply to all purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All purchased services are non-refundable and non-transferable and alternate services cannot be substituted.<\/strong>&nbsp;Please note the following additional information to maximize the benefit of your purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aquatics-private-swim-lessons\">Aquatics &#8211; Private Swim Lessons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All purchased services expire automatically upon the package expiration date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please be on time for your scheduled lessons. Any delay will be deducted from the scheduled lesson time. Your provider is not obligated to extend the duration of a lesson due to your tardiness. If you have not arrived by the midpoint of your lesson, the session will be forfeited and no make-up session will be granted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 24 hours\u2019 notice to your provider or the department supervisor is required to reschedule a private lesson; otherwise, the lesson will be forfeited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fitness\"><a><\/a>Fitness<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All purchased services expire automatically upon the earlier of membership cancellation or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.villasport.com\/caldwell\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2024\/09\/Package_Expiration2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">package expiration date<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please be on time for your scheduled sessions. Any delay will be deducted from the scheduled session time. Your trainer is not obligated to extend the duration of a session due to your tardiness. If you have not arrived by the midpoint of your session, the session will be forfeited and no make-up session will be granted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 24 hours\u2019 notice to your trainer or the department supervisor is required to reschedule a session; otherwise, the session will be forfeited. No session may be rescheduled more than once, and repeated rescheduling requests may be denied.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Semi-private sessions must be rescheduled as a group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-spa-series\"><a><\/a>Spa Series<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All purchased services expire automatically upon the package expiration date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please be on time for your scheduled appointments. Any delay will be deducted from the scheduled appointment time. Your provider is not obligated to extend the duration of an appointment due to your tardiness.
