What do I need to know before checking in to a new club location?
If your membership type includes all-club access, you can now check in at any of our 10 Treasure Valley locations. To ensure a smooth check-in, please note the following:
Former Crunch Members: The Crunch mobile app is no longer supported. You will receive a new barcode via email to use at any club location. Please scan it at the “former Crunch Member” check-in station at the Front Desk.
Current Villa Sport Members: Continue using the Villa Sport mobile app QR Code for check-in. Please use the “Villa Sport App” scanner at the Front Desk in all locations.
We are working towards a single, streamlined check-in process and will keep you informed as updates become available.
How do I request a membership upgrade so I can access all 10 locations in the greater Treasure Valley?

I’m a former Crunch member. Should I download the Villa Sport mobile app?
Not yet. During this transition, the Villa Sport app does not integrate with your current membership system and will not recognize your account. We’re actively working on a solution and will notify you once the app is ready for your use.
I have a Personal Training package. Can I train at a different location?
For now, Personal Training sessions must be completed at the club where the package was purchased. If you have any questions, please contact info_vsf@villasport.com for assistance.
Will I receive a detailed list of my charges each month?

All monthly statements are available online through My Villa Sport, showing a detailed breakdown of charges. For questions, please call 208-472-1055 ext. 1 for assistance.
