Safety Protocols

In accordance with the Minimum Standard Health Protocols issued by the Governor’s office for the reopening of health clubs, we must limit our capacity to 25% of normal and maintain 6-foot physical distancing throughout the property.

Please rest assured that we are doing everything to ensure that we create a safe environment for your enjoyment. We are implementing safety and cleaning protocols in every part of the club and for every program. We will continue to evaluate every aspect of our operations and make any adjustments that are necessary to ensure everyone feels safe. Our safety protocols are also dependent on everyone’s cooperation and the respect of others using the facility. Club Services

Based on directives from governmental authorities, the following club services will be available starting May 18.

  • Lap swimming, pool decks, sunbathing
  • Pool and fitness towels
  • Fitness floor and turf field
  • Personal training and scheduled Your Fit Plan appointments
  • Swim team
  • Family basketball or solo shoot-around
  • Fitness express lockers
  • VillaCafé (indoor) and club shop
     

Which services will not be immediately available when the club reopens?

The following services will not be available until a later date.

  • Youth camps
  • VillaSpa
  • Whirlpools, saunas and steam rooms
  • Locker room lockers, showers, bath towels, seating areas
  • Spa locker rooms, relaxation rooms, robes and slippers
  • Main court for full- or half-court organized basketball games
  • Swim lessons and masters swimming
  • Poolside café and bar

Yes. On May 18, members who place their membership on a temporary freeze will have their membership automatically reactivated, will have access to the club, and will be charged pro-rated dues for the period of May 18 through June 1.

With the club reopening mid-month and not all services available at that time, the following will apply to membership dues.

Active members that have already paid May dues will be eligible to receive a complimentary VillaSport gift card valued at 50% of the dues paid for the period of May 18 through June 1.

Members who had placed their membership on a temporary freeze or enrolled in a new membership during the temporary club closure will be charged for pro-rated May dues when the membership is reactivated on May 18. Memberships with a dues credit will have those funds applied to their pro-rated May dues.

Also, members who activate or reactive their membership will be eligible to receive a complimentary VillaSport gift card valued at 50% of the dues paid for the period of May 18 through June 30.

Yes. Please contact Member Services at the club with a request to extend or initiate a temporary freeze of your membership. Temporary freezes may be set to remain on freeze up to June 30. No maintenance fee will be charged.

Members who chose to continue paying membership dues during the temporary club closure period are eligible for a complimentary gift card valued at 125% of dues paid. Qualifying members will be issued their e-gift card via email on May 18.

This gift card is valid through May 18, 2021 and may be applied toward purchases of club services and programs. Gift cards may not be redeemed for membership dues. Please contact Member Services with any questions.

Reservations are limited. Please reserve only if you know you will attend. If you reserve a spot and don't attend the session, you may lose your privilege to register for 7 days.

Reservations are limited.  Reserve for each member in your family.  Only reserve if you know you will attend.  There are no lifeguards on duty during Open Swim.  Children under 13 require direct adult supervision.
