The LES MILLS GRIT™ Series will take your fitness to the next level with 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts. Choose from three formats to keep things interesting.

GRIT™ Strength - Improve your strength and build lean muscle using barbells, weight plates, and
body-weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

GRIT™ Plyo - Build a lean and athletic body through plyometric athletic-based training with explosive jumping and agility training to increase explosiveness.

GRIT™ Cardio - Improve your cardiovascular fitness, increase speed, and maximize calorie burn with body-weight exercises and the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.
