Variety and fun are key to making your family fitness program enjoyable. We offer exercise classes just for kids or family classes that appeal to children and adults, providing suitable exercise for everyone involved, regardless of level or age.

Baby Yoga

6 weeks to crawling
Unique poses designed to enhance your baby’s development. Each class is filled with nurturing and calming ways to bond baby and parent.

BORN TO MOVE™ Ages 2-3

Imagination, Exploration and Music 
The child and parent are led through a series of simple moves that build body awareness and balance. The music is specially written for the class with lyrics sung as instruction and an emphasis on moving and singing.
A parent or guardian must participate with the child. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.

BORN TO MOVE™ Ages 4-5

Adventure, Action and Song
Explore how your body works through exercise and play. There’s plenty of opportunity to develop self-awareness, balance, coordination and concentration skills as they interpret music, explore and move to a beat. 
Children should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.

BORN TO MOVE™ Ages 6-7

Playful Movement, Music and Games
This class introduces fundamental movement skills, but does so using fun rather than formal exercise routines. Children of this age are primarily visual learners so the instructor puts lots of emphasis on demonstrating moves that they can easily copy. The simple choreography trains body awareness, balance, coordination and control.
Children should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.

BORN TO MOVE™ Ages 8-12

Music, Games and Energy
When it comes to learning a whole lot of cool moves from dance, martial arts and yoga, this class is the way to go. Each class is jam-packed with cool music, foundation fitness moves and fun games. 
Children should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.

Family Cycle

Geared to all levels, including your kids! Learn safety, setup, and proper spin etiquette. Bring the family for a great workout. Children must be able to comfortably reach the pedals while seated.

Family Yoga

Ages 5+
Yoga for your family! An empowering session to bond with your family. A light and inviting atmosphere to stretch and strengthen mind and body together.

Tween Group Cycle

Ages 9 -12
Participants must be able to reach the pedals comfortably. 

A super fun spin class just for tweens! Come ride to the rhythm of your favorite songs, play games on the bike and make new friends while you exercise!
