The greatest limits in our lives are those that we impose on ourselves. Our abilities and inabilities affect the very core of who we are. It is not enough that we simply want to feel good, strong, sharp, or awoke. We must do what our goals demand. So, if you move well, breathe well, and eat well you are going to feel well and be well. Remember, life is far too short to not be flexible in mind, body, and spirit!
