For those just starting a workout regimen or recovering from injury, low-impact workouts are an effective approach. Our low-impact classes are structured to be just as fun as our regular classes, but easier on the body and joints and a terrific way to get in a heart-pumping workout while reducing the risk of injury.

Gentle Aqua

Enjoy the benefits of working out in the water! Water buoyancy protects muscles and joints from injury. This class offers stretching, toning, water walking, and light aerobics.

Gentle Yoga

This class is optimal for those who cannot meet the demands of physically straining exercises. Many modifications of standard Hatha yoga postures are offered along with the use of yoga props.
