I joined this gym a few months ago with the help of Josh and have been loving it so far! I participated in one of their special challenges they run and had Brooklin as my trainer. I truly enjoyed the program and experience, but Brooklin brought the value to the next level! I greatly appreciated her genuine care and expertise in helping me reach my goals. I’ve been a weightlifter for years, but felt like I’d hit a plateau and wasn’t seeing the strength gains I wanted. Since starting with Christian 6 months ago, I’ve broken well past that and am the strongest. most well-rounded lifter I’ve ever been. I’ve gained a ton of confidence and knowledge since working with him, and my love for weightlifting has reached a new level.
