To ensure a smooth check-in, please note the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Former Crunch Members:<\/span> The Crunch mobile app is no longer supported. You will receive a new barcode via email to use at any club location. Please scan it at the \u201cformer Crunch Member\u201d check-in station at the Front Desk.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Current Villa Sport Members:<\/span> Continue using the Villa Sport mobile app QR Code for check-in. Please use the \u201cVilla Sport App\u201d scanner at the Front Desk in all locations.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are working towards a single, streamlined check-in process and will keep you informed as updates become available.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-villasport-faq-item accordion-item-sections\"><p class=\"accordion-header\">How do I request a membership upgrade so I can access all 10 locations in the greater Treasure Valley?<\/p><div class=\"accordion-content\">\n<p>Email your request to <a href=\"mailto:info_vsf@villasport.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">info_vsf@villasport.com<\/a> or call 208-472-1055 ext. 1 for assistance.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-villasport-faq-item accordion-item-sections\"><p class=\"accordion-header\">I\u2019m a former Crunch member. Should I download the Villa Sport mobile app?<\/p><div class=\"accordion-content\">\n<p>Not yet. During this transition, the Villa Sport app does not integrate with your current membership system and will not recognize your account. We\u2019re actively working on a solution and will notify you once the app is ready for your use.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-villasport-faq-item accordion-item-sections\"><p class=\"accordion-header\">I have a Personal Training package. Can I train at a different location?<\/p><div class=\"accordion-content\">\n<p>For now, Personal Training sessions must be completed at the club where the package was purchased.
