Colorado Springs Member Success Story: Denise Yowell

Introducing Missing Denise Yowell

Denise Yowell has been a VillaSport member since 2008, and has competed in multiple Lose To Win Competitions. She loves the program because of the activities the participants get to be involved in and the time she gets to spend with the Fitness Advisors. 

The Fall 2016 Lose to Win Competition was one of her best. Not only did Denise lose more than 19% body fat, she lost a total of 31.2 lbs. These stats put Denise in 1st Place overall for all female participants! Her individual standings helped her team “Mission Slimpossible” take home the Second Place Team title. 

“I loved my Lose to Win experience!  My team was amazing and really encouraged me to do my best.  I am so thankful for the training staff who were always there to answer questions, especially Kasey and Mallory.They both took the time to get to know me and push me to my ultimate goal. I can’t wait till next time.”

Denise and her family are longtime members. In addition to working out, you can find Denise and her family anywhere in the club - Breakfast with Santa, relaxing in the Spa or watching her girls take swim lessons from the pool deck.
