The Woodlands Employee Spotlight: Beth Knudsen

I have worked at VillaSport for 5 years! I teach ZumbaKids, Born to Move, & POUND Kids.

I have a degree in child psychology & early childhood education from the University of Minnesota. I have 4 children and my oldest child just graduated from high school. I had a total hip replacement 6 years ago. 
My favorite type of workout is definitely dancing! Zumba is fun I always feel so energized & happy when I'm done.

Something interesting about me - I lived in Anchorage, Alaska for 4 years.

My favorite Netflix show is "Psych".

If I could travel anywhere I would go to Perth, Australia. I love the sun, sand, & ocean. I go paddle boarding and love it. I would really love to try surfing!

If I could eat any food without consequence it would be cheese. I love all types of cheese. Dip an apple slice in melted Brie... Yummy!
