LES MILLS THE TRIP™ - Now In Roseville

We have been open for a few weeks now in Roseville and love being part of such a wonderful community. One class we are extremely excited for you to try is LES MILLS THE TRIP, a high-energy, fully immersive, multi-peak cycling journey through digitally-created worlds. Adrian Heffernan, LES MILLS™ Customer Experience Director, came for a visit to tell us everything you need to know about THE TRIP.

Only a small percentage of riders have reported feeling motion sickness during THE TRIP. No need to worry -- if you start feeling this way, we encourage you to look away and stop pedaling until you feel better, and then rejoin the class.
