Does my child need an active membership for rotations, camps, PODs or Parent’s Night Out?
Your child does need an active membership for rotations. For camps, PODs and Parent’s Night Out, you can register your child as a non-member and pay the non-member rates.

How are you able to social distance in your youth programs?
We will be following these guidelines:

  • 6’ social distancing will be promoted.
  • Ages groups will be limited in size.
  • Groups will be in separate areas of VillaKids with staggered playground times and special activities like art and music.
  • Carpet squares, mats, or other visuals will be used to help kids with spacing.
  • Tables with name cards may also be used to adequately space kids.

What is your sick policy for kids?
All sick kids, regardless of the nature of the sickness, are not permitted at VillaKids, including kids exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms. If exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, please seek testing promptly and report results to VillaSport  given the implications for other children, families, and staff. Kids confirmed to have COVID-19 may not return to the current or future sessions until all 3 of the following criteria are met: (1) at least 72 hours have passed since recovery (resolution of fever without the use of fever-reducing medications); (2) the child has improvement in symptoms (e.g., cough, shortness of breath); and (3) at least 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared. If kids have been in close contact with a person lab-confirmed COVID-19 positive, then they are not permitted at VillaKids.

What is your sick policy for employees?
All sick employees, regardless of the nature of the sickness, are not permitted to work, including employees exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms. Staff exhibiting new or worsening COVID-19 symptoms will be asked to seek testing promptly and report results to management given the implications for children, families, and other staff. Staff confirmed to have COVID-19 may not return to work until all 3 of the following criteria are met: (1) at least 72 hours have passed since recovery (resolution of fever without the use of fever-reducing medications); (2) the employee has improvement in symptoms (e.g., cough, shortness of breath); and (3) at least 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared. If it is known a staff member has been in close contact with a person lab-confirmed COVID-19 positive, that staff member is not permitted at work.

Are you checking temperatures?

All parents are required to check their child’s temperature and monitor for other symptoms before they leave home each day. If you forget to take your child’s temperature, thermometers will be available at check-in for you to take his/her temperature. 

How often do you clean?
Staff will frequently clean and disinfect high-use items such as tables, chairs, handles, sinks, and restrooms, as well as shared toys, supplies, and equipment, and at the end of each day. 

What chemicals do you use to clean?
We use a safe mixture of bleach and water per state or local orders and guidance for daycare settings that has been approved for use with SARS-CoV2.

What are your check-in and check-out procedures?
Rotations and Parent’s Night Out:

  • Please wait in the main lobby, and our associate will escort your child to and from VillaKids.
  • While waiting in the lobby, please follow social distancing guidelines and remain a minimum of 6 feet from others.
  • For Parent’s Night Out check-out, please call the phone number posted on the door when you arrive, and our associate will bring your child to you.

Camps and PODs:

  • All check-in/out will be conducted curbside in front of the club’s main entrance.
  • Please follow signage and employee directions as you arrive, including remaining in your vehicle until an employee instructs otherwise.

Are reservations required for rotations?
Yes, reservations are required. You can make your online reservations here. A limited number of spots are available and are dependent upon the age of your child.  

What happens if I reserve a spot for rotations and do not show up?
Please only make a reservation if your plans are firm. If you reserve a spot and your child does not attend, you may lose your privilege to register for 7 days. Cancellations must be received by 5:00pm the day before the scheduled reservation. To cancel your reservation, please click here.

Can I drop my child off anytime during my 2-hour rotations reservation?
Yes, you may. But the 2-hour time limit starts at the reservation time, not the time you drop your child off.

Can I bring my own hand sanitizer?
Individual hand sanitizer is allowed if separately labeled. Sanitizing stations/wipes will be provided throughout the area, and kids will be washing their hands with soap and water frequently.

Can my child bring personal items to rotations?
Yes, but please limit them to jackets/sweaters and other essential items. All items must be labeled and placed in separate bags. Until further notice, toys, reusable water bottles and other non-essential items are not allowed.

Will lunches or snacks be provided at camps?
If you purchased lunches for the week, we will prepare them according to specific safety protocols. Snacks will not be provided. If you pack snacks and lunches, please note that our childcare area remains nut and peanut-free. Clean, disposable water cups will be provided, so please do not pack water bottles.

Does my child need to bring his/her own life jacket for camp swimming?
All non-swimmers, including kids who can’t pass the swim test, must bring life jackets for camp swimming. VillaSport will not provide them. Kids who pass the swim test will not be required to wear life jackets while swimming.

What camp activities will be offered?
We will focus on STEM activities, arts and crafts, and non-contact sports and games.
