Join the fun and the calorie-burning workout of a Spin Class. This cardiovascular workout is on a stationary bike, on which the tension can be increased and decreased based on the rider's preference. The amount of resistance you apply, as you gain strength and endurance, is up to you. With the music playing and the instructor leading the way, it is amazing how you can feed off the energy of the other riders.
Our Spinning Studio features Spinner® NXT bikes. Spinner bikes feature adjustable seats and micro-adjusting handlebars and seat posts for a truly comfortable ride. It's not just the music that will invigorate you - our video projection system adds outdoor cycling scenery to your ride.

Beginners will learn proper bike setup and terminology, and enjoy a great cardio workout.
Geared to all levels, including YOUR KIDS! Learn safety, setup, and proper spin etiquette. Bring the family for a great workout. (Children must be able to comfortably reach the pedals.)
A cardio workout performed on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, drills, climbs and sprints for an unpredictable, fun and challenging ride.
Drop into the studio for a non-instruction spin. Wherever your ride takes you, enjoy having some “me” time.
