Q:   Do I have to be a member to use the club?

A:    VillaSport is a private club for use primarily by its members and their guests.  VillaSpa, VillaCafe and the Club Shop are open to the public. Non-members may use the club for the day by purchasing a Day Pass. Non-members are also permitted to register for certain paid programs or events.

Q:   How do I get more information about club membership?

A:    You can call us at 832-585-0822 and ask to speak to a Membership Advisor. You can also visit us at 4141 Technology Forest Blvd. Or you can contact us and we will send you more information.

Q:   Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
A:    VillaSport offers month-to-month membership agreements.

Q:   What does it cost to join the club?
A:    To join the club, we require all members to pay an enrollment fee and the pro-rated portion of their monthly dues for the first month of their membership. The amount will depend on the number of individuals on the account. For the actual cost, please contact a Membership Advisor, who will be happy to assist you.

Q:   Is my enrollment fee refundable?
A:    New members have 14 days from their join date to receive a refund of their enrollment fee and prepaid monthly dues. 

Q:   How are my membership dues and club charges collected?
A:    On the second calendar day of each month (or the following business day if the second calendar day falls on a weekend or holiday), the dues for the current month and any outstanding club charges are collected via credit card or checking/savings account.

Q:   Will I receive a detailed list of my charges each month?
A:    All monthly statements are available online via a private link on our website. The monthly statements provide details for each charge on your account. If you have any questions regarding the charges posted to your account, please contact Accounting via our main phone number.

Q:   Can members bring guests to the club?
A:    VillaSport allows members to bring guests. Please see the Club Rules for the applicable guest policies.

Q:   Is my membership transferable?
A:    Club memberships are not transferable.

Q:   How do I cancel my membership?
A:    To cancel your membership, you may mail, fax or hand deliver a completed Membership Termination Form to Member Services and pay any outstanding account balance. Your resignation will be effective at the end of the month. If your resignation is received after the 15th day of the month, then it will be effective at the end of the following month.

Q:   What are the club hours?
A:    The club is open Monday through Friday, 5:00am to 10:00pm; Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am to 8:00pm. Club hours may vary on certain holidays or during special club events. Click for the Hours of Operation for specific club areas.

Q:   What ages are accepted at VillaKids?
A:    VillaKids is available to member children who are 6 weeks to 12 years.

Q:   Is the cost of VillaKids included in my membership?
A:    Each child member is entitled to use the VillaKids Rotation Program for two hours each day at no additional charge. VillaKids camps, enrichment programs, sports leagues and other specialized programs are subject to separate fees.

Q:   Does my membership at VillaSport provide me with access to other clubs?
A:    VillaSport is a member of the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association (IHRSA). Through the IHRSA Passport Program, members may gain access with their membership cards to IHRSA's network of clubs around the world, subject to fees. Check with Member Services for more details.
