Membership & Pricing
Do I have to be a member to use the club?
Villa Sport is a private club for use primarily by its members and their guests. Guests may use the club for a single visit by purchasing a pass. Guests are also permitted to register for certain paid programs or events.
What does it cost to join the club?
To join the club, we require all members to pay an enrollment fee and the prorated portion of their monthly dues for the first month of their membership. The amount will depend on the number of individuals on the account. For the actual cost, please contact a club Ambassador, who will be happy to assist you.
What does a Villa Sport membership include?
Membership includes access to state-of-the-art fitness equipment, group exercise classes, access to our indoor pools, recovery amenities (VIP membership only), locker rooms, and more. Amenities vary by location.
Is there a contract?
Our membership is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Some promotional offers may include minimum terms.
Are there initiation or enrollment fees?
Our memberships include a one-time enrollment fee, which may be discounted or reduced during certain promotional periods. There is also an annual Facility Fee that is charged once after enrollment, and every year thereafter.
Can I upgrade or change my membership?
Yes. You can upgrade or modify your membership at any time by contacting Member Services, or by logging in to My Villa Sport and navigating to the Membership Changes tab.
Can I use multiple Villa Sport locations?
Some membership tiers include multi-club access. Check your specific membership for details.
How do I get more information about club membership?

How do I join Villa Sport?

What happens after I sign up?
After joining, you’ll receive confirmation and can start using the club immediately. You may also be invited to schedule an onboarding or fitness consultation.
What do I need to bring on my first visit?
Bring a valid ID. If you signed up online, simply check in at the front desk.
Can I tour the club before joining?
Yes. You can schedule a tour online or visit the club to speak with a team member.
Amenities & Club Access
What amenities does Villa Sport offer?
Amenities typically include:

Billing & Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
Villa Sport accepts major credit cards and ACH (bank draft).
Is there a difference between ACH and credit card payments?
Yes. ACH payments often have lower processing costs, which may be reflected in lower monthly dues.
When will I be billed?
On the first calendar day of each month, the dues for the current month and any outstanding club charges are collected via EFT, debit or credit card.
Will I receive a detailed list of my charges each month?
All monthly statements are available online via My Villa Sport or by emailing info_vsf@villasport.com. The monthly statements provide details for each charge on your account.
Can I update my billing information?
Yes. You can update your payment method online or through Member Services.
Policies & Account Management
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancellation policies vary. Typically, you can cancel by contacting your club or Member Services with advance notice.
Can I freeze or pause my membership?
Yes, members may freeze their active membership for a minimum of one month.
What is your illness or leave policy?
Members may be eligible for a temporary hold due to major medical or military reasons. Documentation may be required.
