We offer a wide variety of cardiovascular and muscle strengthening classes, including the popular LES MILLS™ fitness classes. Take a class and leave more energized, confident and inspired.

Begin to Run

This class is designed to get new runners and walkers out of their comfort zones with indoor and outdoor workouts.

BODYATTACK™

A LES MILLS™ Class - A high-energy fitness class with moves for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. An instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

CXWORX™

A LES MILLS™ Class - Exercising muscles around the core provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. An instructor guides you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also train your hips, glutes and lower back.

Low-Impact Workout

A fun and energizing way to exercise to upbeat music while enhancing range of motion, balance, cardiovascular and muscular strength. This class has a low-impact on joints for everyday living.

Refine and Define

A full body, functional strength training class using weights, kettle bells and resistance bands. Prepare for high rep, full range of motion movement to compliment heavy strength training workouts.  All fitness levels are welcome!

Run Club

Runners of all levels are welcome to join for a group run. The course will be pre-planned and staff-led. Meet at the Fitness Advice Center regardless of weather conditions.

Run Conditioning

For new runners or those looking to increase endurance, speed, agility, strength and to decrease chances of injury. Run an average of 3-6 miles per class and some light load strength training. All levels welcome and participants may run at their own pace.
