Do I have to be a member to use the club?

VillaSport is a private club for use primarily by its members and their guests. VillaSpa, VillaCafe and the Club Shop are open to the public. Guests may use the club for the day by purchasing a Day Pass. Guests are also permitted to register for certain paid programs or events.

You can call us at 346-322-2468 and ask to speak to a club Ambassador. You can also visit us at 9930 Gaston Road or contact us and we will send you more information.

All VillaSport memberships are month-to-month.

To join the club, we require all members to pay an enrollment fee and the pro-rated portion of their monthly dues for the first month of their membership. The amount will depend on the number of individuals on the account. For the actual cost, please contact a club Ambassador or calculate your dues here.

New members have 7 days from their join date to receive a refund of their enrollment fee and prepaid monthly dues.

On the second calendar day of each month, the dues for the current month and any outstanding club charges are collected via EFT, debit or credit card.

All monthly statements are available online via My VillaSport. The monthly statements provide details for each charge on your account. If you have any questions regarding the charges posted to your account, please contact the Concierge Desk at the club.

Yes, members may freeze their active membership for a minimum of one month. For more information, click here.

VillaKids is available to member children who are 6 weeks to 12 years.

Each child member is entitled to use the VillaKids Rotation Program for two hours each day at no additional charge. VillaKids camps, sports leagues and other specialized programs are subject to separate fees.

As part of your VillaSport membership, you will receive Your Fit Plan - a complimentary 60-minute planning session and fitness orientation with one of our certified Personal Trainers (a $150 value). Please contact a club Ambassador or visit the Membership Office to schedule Your Fit Plan.

VillaSport is a member of the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association (IHRSA). Through the IHRSA Passport Program, members may gain access with their membership cards to IHRSA's network of clubs around the world, subject to fees.
