What You need to Know
What SHould My Child Bring To Camp?
- Shoes with closed toes/heels and socks
- Sunscreen (spray preferred)
- Lunch is available for purchase, or you may bring a sack lunch. Please note: Refrigeration is not available. Peanut/tree nut products are not allowed due to allergies.
- Two snacks.
- Swimsuit worn under clothes (if swimming permission is given) and life jacket (if required) – be prepared for water activities all camp days regardless of weather.
- Underclothes to change into after water activities.
- Hat if desired
- Play clothes for messy activities.
- Bag or Backpack
Are electronics Allowed At Camp?
Please do not bring cell phones, iPads or any other electronic devices. No toys, games or other distractions will be allowed.
What do I need to do if my child needs medication during camp?
We only accept the following emergency medications:
- Epinephrine auto-injectors (aka EpiPens)
- Inhalers
If your child requires the above medications at camp please note the following:
- A permission form completed by a physician must accompany the medication
- Medications must arrive in prescription containers labeled with child’s name and pharmacy name/phone.
- Instructions on permission form MUST match medication label.
- Label and medication cannot be expired.
What Do I need to Know About SunScreen?
Please apply sunscreen to your child before check-in each day. If you want us to reapply throughout the camp, a sunscreen permission form is required. Sunscreen must be labeled with first and last name and remain in his/her backpack until time to reapply. Please ensure the sunscreen brand and type provided match the sunscreen permission form.
Lunch and Snacks
Weekly lunches are available for purchase or you may bring lunch from home. Please label with your child’s full name and note that refrigeration is not available. Due to allergies among our campers, peanut/tree nut products are not allowed. You should also pack two snacks per day. Your child is welcome to bring non-glass water bottles.
Are there requirements to Swim?
Each camp includes daily swim time. Parental permission is required via the Supplemental Admission Form.
Non-swimmers will enjoy alternate activities.
Campers with permission should arrive each day with a swimsuit under their clothes, they also must take a deep-water swim test. Children who do not pass or elect not to take the test will be restricted to the shallow end and required to wear a life jacket.
If you child requires a life jacket please bring a USCG approved life jacket labeled with their full name. If you do not provide a life jacket, your child will enjoy an alternate activity.
There will be a safety talk for all swimmers before entering the pool. Camp counselors will supervise camp swimmers and lifeguards will be on duty at all times.
How Do features work?
- Our Friday “features” are special in-house field trips designed to enhance the camp experience.
- Our Wednesday “field trips” are offsite with transportation provided.
Parental permission is required via the Supplemental Youth Admission Form.
Participation is not optional for Wednesday campers; there will not be alternate activities provided.
Departure times are available at the camp sign-in table and communicated via Remind 101. Campers must arrive on time and follow all safety procedures on the bus and during the field trip. Child-Staff ratios are 10:1 on field trips. At least one member of the leadership team acts as a contact person in the event of emergency or delayed return (eg: traffic). First aid kits and required medications are available on all field trips.
How are groups assigned? Can i request my child be in a group with a friend?
Campers are assigned to groups based on age. Any requests to place your child with another camper within the same age group will be considered, but not guaranteed. When possible season pass campers will remain in the same group throughout the summer. All groups are subject to change. Child Staff ratio is 10:1 for all camps.
My child has been sick – Can they still attend camp?
We do not accept children who are ill or were ill within the previous 48 hours. If generally not feeling well or showing signs of illness please do not bring your child to camp.
What are the check In and Check out Procedures?
Please check-in promptly each morning to ensure inclusion in all activities for the day. We will begin each day with opening ceremonies (camp songs, announcements and rewards) and review the day’s activities. Before Care and After Care are available for purchase. Authorized guardians must provide member scan or photo ID on both check in and check out.
Before Care Check In: 7am-9am
Check In: 9am sharp
Check Out: 4pm. Late charges apply after a 5-minute grace period ($5 per child for every 15 minutes).
After Care Check Out: 4pm-6pm

My child is participating in Basketball, Pickleball, or Soccer camp. What do i need to know?
We are excited to welcome your child to our half-day sports camps!
Check in is at 9:00am and check out is at noon – both of these will take place on the Main Court inside the club. Ensure your child’s Youth Admission form is complete.
Please bring a snack for your child (no peanut or tree nut products will be allowed), Athletic shoes, Non-breakable water bottle, shin guards (soccer camp), pickleball paddle (optional for pickleball camp), hat, sunscreen and bag or backpack. If your child requires an inhaler, they must keep the inhaler with them ad self-administer as needed. The sports camp team will not administer any medications.
Please do not bring any electronics, toys, games or other distractions.
My child is Participating in Performance Swim Camp. What do I need to Know?
We are excited to welcome your child to performance swim camp!
Check in 9am – please check in at the front desk then at the indoor pool deck. Check out is 1pm at the indoor pool deck.
Please bring water shoes, goggles, sack lunch (no peanut or tree nut products), one snack, water in a closed non-breakable container, swimsuit on and under child’s clothes. Please pre-apply sunscreen to child; if you want sunscreen to be reapplied with the help of staff please provided the sunscreen labelled with your child’s first and last names and complete the sunscreen permission form.
My child is participating in preschool camp. What do i need to know?
We are excited to welcome your child to preschool camp! Please ensure your child’s youth admission form is complete and current, including allergies, special accommodation needs, and emergency contact information.
Check in is at 9am and check out is at 1pm at the Kid’s Club desk.
Please bring following items labeled with your child’s first and last name:
Tennis shoes, non-breakable water bottle, clothes that can get messy, Lunch and snack (refrigeration is not offered, no peanut or tree nut products are allowed) and a bag or backpack to keep it all in!
Please apply sunscreen to your child each morning before camp. We will go outside daily, weather permitting. We will not be able to accept or re-apply sunscreen in camp.
Do not bring electronics, games, toys or any other distractions.
