Our Sound Bath and Stretch class begins with a short warm-up sequence designed to prepare your body for the gentle yet profound stretching that follows. Supported poses are integrated to facilitate deep stretching without strain, allowing you to release tension and improve flexibility in a nurturing environment. The soothing sounds and vibrations of the sound bowls enhance your relaxed state, creating a tranquil atmosphere that encourages mindfulness and inner peace.

You will begin with a short warm up sequence followed by supported poses held for deep yet gentle stretching. This relaxed state will be enhanced by live vibrational sound of crystal bowls, rattles, rain sticks, tingshas, or chakaba’s.
