Our BALANCE Studio hosts yoga, barre, and Zen-based classes suited for all fitness levels. From LES MILLS BODYBALANCE™ to Vinyasa Flow, these classes are designed to help you de-stress and find your center. Our studio is equipped for all your needs so that you can focus on developing your mental and physical strength.
Hatha Yoga takes Gentle Yoga and adds a beautiful focus on posture and breathing techniques, traditionally to channel vital energy source.
You will begin with a short warm up sequence followed by supported poses held for deep yet gentle stretching. This relaxed state will be enhanced by live vibrational sound of crystal bowls, rattles, rain sticks, tingshas, or chakaba’s. *The sound bowl portion of this program is not recommended if you are pregnant.
Cardio Yoga is a sweat drenched moving meditation that takes you on a voyage into yourself.
Yoga poses with light weights will sculpt and tone your body, boost metabolism, and increase strength.
Slow-paced and prop-supported poses to relax you and relieve chronic stress, weakness, and fatigue.
Gentle stretches for flexibility and range of motion and balance exercises for body awareness, coordination, and strength.
