Friday | 6:00am - 7:30pm
Saturday | 7:30am - 5:30pm
Sunday | 9:00am - 5:30pm
Please rest assured that we are doing everything to ensure that we create a safe environment for your enjoyment. We are implementing safety and cleaning protocols in every part of the club and for every program. We will continue to evaluate every aspect of our operations and make any adjustments that are necessary to ensure everyone feels safe. Our safety protocols are also dependent on everyone’s cooperation and the respect of others using the facility. Yes. On July 13, members who placed their membership on a temporary freeze will have their membership automatically reactivated and will have access to the club.
Since the club will reopen without all services available at that time, the following will apply to membership dues.
Active members that continued to pay dues during the temporary club closure period will be eligible to receive a complimentary VillaSport gift card valued at 50% of the dues paid for the period of July 13 through August 1.
Members who had placed their membership on a temporary freeze or enrolled in a new membership during the temporary club closure will access to the club starting July 13 (or may choose to activate at the club before then). Pro-rated membership dues will be charged for July. Memberships with a dues credit will have those funds applied to their July dues.
Also, members who activate their membership will be eligible to receive a complimentary VillaSport gift card valued at 50% of the dues paid for the period of July 13 through August 1. The card will be issued to you in the form of a VillaSport e-gift card, which may be redeemed online or at the club for services and programs. This card may not be applied toward membership dues. This loyalty gift card will be sent to you on August 3 and will be valid through July 31, 2021.
Yes. Please email Member Services with your request to extend or initiate a temporary freeze of your membership. Temporary freezes may be set to remain on freeze up to August 15. No maintenance fee will be charged.
Members who chose to continue paying membership dues during the temporary club closure period are eligible for a complimentary gift card valued at 125% of dues paid. Qualifying members will be issued their e-gift card via email on July 15.
This gift card is valid through July 13, 2021 and may be applied toward purchases of club services and programs. Gift cards may not be redeemed for membership dues. Please email Member Services with any questions.
Reservations are limited. Please reserve only if you know you will attend. If you reserve a spot and don't attend the class, you may lose your privilege to register for 7 days.
