BODYATTACK™

A LES MILLS™ Class - A high-energy fitness class with moves for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. An instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

A LES MILLS™ Class - Punch and kick your way to fitness. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. An instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

BODYFLOW™

A LES MILLS™ Class - A yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered, and happy.

BODYJAM™

A LES MILLS™ Class - The ultimate combination of music and dance. Whether you’ve got two left feet or fancy yourself as Beyonce’s back up dancer, this class is for you!

BODYPUMP™

A LES MILLS™ Class - This class is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, you get a total body workout. Instructors coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

BODYPUMP™ Express

BODYSTEP™

A LES MILLS™ Class - A full-body cardio workout to really tone your glutes and thighs. Combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push-ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body, along with fancier stepping moves to showcase your rhythm and flair. There are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely. We play invigorating, hit music and inject a whole lot of fun and personality along the way and you’ll leave buzzing with satisfaction. 

BORN TO MOVE™ Ages 2-3

Imagination, Exploration and Music 
The child and parent are led through a series of simple moves that build body awareness and balance. The music is specially written for the class with lyrics sung as instruction and an emphasis on moving and singing.
A parent or guardian must participate with the child. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.

Adventure, Action and Song
Explore how your body works through exercise and play. There’s plenty of opportunity to develop self-awareness, balance, coordination and concentration skills as they interpret music, explore and move to a beat. 
Children should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.

BORN TO MOVE™ Ages 6-7

A LES MILLS™ Class
Playful Movement, Music and Games
This class introduces fundamental movement skills, but does so using fun rather than formal exercise routines. Children of this age are primarily visual learners so the instructor puts lots of emphasis on demonstrating moves that they can easily copy. The simple choreography trains body awareness, balance, coordination and control.
Children should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.

Music, Games and Energy
When it comes to learning a whole lot of cool moves from dance, martial arts and yoga, this class is the way to go. Each class is jam-packed with cool music, foundation fitness moves and fun games. 
Children should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.

CXWORX™

A LES MILLS™ Class - Exercising muscles around the core provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. An instructor guides you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also train your hips, glutes and lower back.

RPM™

A LES MILLS™ Class - A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and burns loads of calories. With great music pumping and the group riding as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. Draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

SPRINT™

A LES MILLS™ Class - A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results. A SPRINT™ workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort.

LM TONE

The optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training. Burn calories and build fitness and strength while improving energy levels, flexibility, balance, agility and core strength.
