Low-Impact

For those just starting a workout regimen or recovering from injury, low-impact workouts are an effective approach. Our low-impact classes are structured to be just as fun as our regular classes, but easier on the body and joints and a terrific way to get in a heart-pumping workout while reducing the risk of injury.

Aqua Pilates

Traditional Pilates in combination with the natural resistance of water and use of props to build core strength and aid in proper body alignment.

Restorative Yoga

Improve range of motion and joint mobility through relaxing poses, while reducing pain and the effects of stress. No prior yoga experience required. Those with injuries, arthritis or other chronic conditions will benefit most from this type of yoga practice.
