Our Mind and Body Studio hosts yoga, barre and Pilates-based classes suited for all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates, an experienced yogi or just looking for a calming workout, our mind and body classes will gently work every muscle and emotion as you become more centered, flexible and fit. Leave class feeling centered and less stressed. 

Advanced Yoga

Refine your alignment and move deeper into postures. This practice is designed to help you become more comfortable and confident in your practice. This class is for yoga practitioners who have been regularly practicing yoga two or more times a week for at least a year. Advanced postures, arm balances and inversions are often part of the practice.

BODYFLOW™

A LES MILLS™ Class - A yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered, and happy.

Flow Yoga

This class links Hatha poses together to create a strong and flowing practice. Designed to strengthen and stabilize your body.

Gentle Yoga

This class is optimal for those who cannot meet the demands of physically straining exercises. Many modifications of standard Hatha yoga postures are offered along with the use of yoga props.

Mat Pilates with Props

Focus is on the mat work of Joseph Pilates with props to facilitate execution of each exercise.

Power Yoga

A vigorous, fitness-based, vinyasa-style yoga that incorporates breathing and a series of postures designed to strengthen the body and mind while unwinding tight joints and muscles.  Arm balances and inversions are often taught within the practice.  Yoga experience is recommended, but not necessary.

Restorative Yoga

Improve range of motion and joint mobility through relaxing poses, while reducing pain and the effects of stress. No prior yoga experience required. Those with injuries, arthritis or other chronic conditions will benefit most from this type of yoga practice.
