Personal Training Protocols

  • Face coverings or masks must be worn at all times. Gloves are encouraged.
  • Maintain 6’ minimum distance from others.
  • Touch only equipment as directed by your Personal Trainer.
  • Take one towel and drop it in the designated bin when you are done.
  • Keep personal belongings in the provided bin.
  • Personal Trainers will clean and disinfect surfaces and equipment after each session.
  • After completing your session, kindly leave the premises immediately.
