Youth Fitness Orientation

Ages 13 through 15 may use the exercise equipment and attend group exercise classes upon completion of a Your Fitness Plan.

To help young members learn the basics of proper, effective and safe use of cardio and strength equipment, our Personal Trainers provide. This complimentary service is available to all current and new members.

Along with an equipment orientation, youths will receive an introduction to available group exercise classes. They will also learn training techniques to maximize the benefits of their exercise program and review appropriate club etiquette and behavior guidelines.
