Membership FAQs

Do I have to be a member to use the club?

VillaSport is a private club for use primarily by its members and their guests.  VillaSpa, VillaCafe and the Club Shop are open to the public. Guests may use the club for the day by purchasing a Day Pass. Guests are also permitted to register for certain paid programs or events.

You can call us at 832-585-0822 and ask to speak to a club Ambassador. You can also visit us at 4141 Technology Forest Boulevard or contact us and we will send you more information. 

All VillaSport memberships are month-to-month.

The club is open Monday through Friday, 5:00am to 10:00pm; Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am to 8:00pm. Club hours may vary on certain holidays or during special club events. Click for the Hours of Operation for specific club areas.

To join the club, we require all members to pay an enrollment fee and the pro-rated portion of their monthly dues for the first month of their membership. The amount will depend on the number of individuals on the account. For the actual cost, please contact a club Ambassador, who will be happy to assist you.

 

New members have 14 days from their join date to receive a refund of their enrollment fee and prepaid monthly dues.

On the second calendar day of each month (or the following business day if the second calendar day falls on a weekend or holiday), the dues for the current month and any outstanding club charges are collected via EFT, debit or credit card.

All monthly statements are available online in My VillaSport. The monthly statements provide details for each charge on your account. If you have any questions regarding the charges posted to your account, please contact the Concierge Desk at 832-585-0822.

VillaSport allows members to bring guests. Please see the Club Rules for the applicable guest policies and fees.

Once you pay any outstanding account balance, you may submit your request for cancellation via My VillaSport. Your resignation will be effective at the end of the month. If your resignation is received after the 15th day of the month, then it will be effective at the end of the following month.

 

VillaKids is available to member children who are 6 weeks to 12 years.

Each child member is entitled to use the VillaKids Rotation Program for two hours each day at no additional charge. VillaKids camps, enrichment programs, sports leagues and other specialized programs are subject to separate fees.

As part of your VillaSport membership, you are entitled to four complimentary 30-minute planning sessions with one of our certified Fitness Advisors (up to a $300 value). VillaSport is a member of the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association (IHRSA). Through the IHRSA Passport Program, members may gain access with their membership cards to IHRSA's network of clubs around the world, subject to fees.
