We are actively looking for U.S. locations primarily west of the Mississippi River. Ideal sites are located in affluent family communities with good accessibility and visibility. Within a 15-minute drive, sites should have approximately 20,000 households with above-median incomes.
Although each club is customized to each location, we need approximately 92,000 square feet for our main building and outdoor aquatic/recreational facilities. If parking is not provided, additional land will be needed. The amount of land will depend on each situation. However, the entire project can be built on approximately six acres. As for deal structure, we will consider a land purchase or ground lease.
