Our Mind and Body Studio hosts yoga, barre and Pilates-based classes suited for all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates, an experienced yogi or just looking for a calming workout, our mind and body classes will gently work every muscle and emotion as you become more centered, flexible and fit. Leave class feeling centered and less stressed. 

Advanced Yoga

Refine your alignment and move deeper into postures. This practice is designed to help you become more comfortable and confident in your practice. This class is for yoga practitioners who have been regularly practicing yoga two or more times a week for at least a year. Advanced postures, arm balances and inversions are often part of the practice. 

Registration is not available at this time.

Refine your alignment and move deeper into postures. This practice is designed to help you become more comfortable and confident in your practice. Barre

Not just for dancers! Based on classical ballet concepts, this class will focus on movement, alignment, core strength, coordination, building and lengthening of muscles, and balance. Tone your entire body with ballet bars, light weights and props.

BODYFLOW™

A LES MILLS™ Class - A yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered, and happy.

Gentle Yoga

LES MILLS BARRE™ is a modern version of classic balletic training. This workout is designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.

Power Yoga

Restorative Yoga
